| Our Office
Our China office is a licensed "representative company" under Chinese law, which allows WTG to employ our own full time staff and to maintain direct business operations within China. Our office is located in the prestigious Luohu District of Shenzhen, which is a major manufacturing and port city on the border with Hong Kong. With its humble beginnings as a fishing and rice farming village just 30 years ago, Shenzhen is now a bustling modern city of 12 million inhabitants, and offers world-class business amenities to the many foreign companies which have established business operations in Shenzhen.
Our Team
Our China team of project managers includes bright young professionals who are fluent in English and whose college educations and prior work experience have prepared them for foreign trade and western business practices. As a result, our customers are comfortable working and communicating directly with our China staff, and are always well cared for during their visits to China. During those customer visits our staff arranges all travel arrangements from arrival to departure, and attends all factory visits by our customers.
Our China team is primarily responsible for identifying qualified manufacturers for our customers' products, making initial evaluations of those factories, coordinating the purchase order process, and managing our factory relationship before, during and after production.
Our Valued Affiliates
In addition to our own office and staff, WTG-China works closely with our trusted affiliates who provide us with extended facilities and services when needed. Through them we now offer an expansive assembly center for product assembly, testing, packaging and shipping, when needed. This gives to our customers the added option of creating "black box" component sourcing from sub-suppliers without disclosure of the end product. In addition, we can provide "white room" facilities for assembly and testing in a sterile environment for products requiring such handling.
